Yes, but it’s not cheap.
All you have to do is connect the RCA outputs of the converter (or whatever) into a stand alone RF modulator for another channel.
Typically these external RF modulators are used by people to set up their own little analog video distribution system. For example if you had four security cameras (or 4 DTV converters), you could use a four channel modulator to set up your own little cable system to distribute the signals.

since most cable systems have converted to digital, they have lots of RF modulators surplus. ask your local system and they will probably give you one, especially if you are a customer. it might be on a “cable channel” so you TV set needs to be cable ready.
