Ok im getting a Haier 32″ TV model number is L32B1120. Im also getting a Sharp BD HP35U Blu-ray Disc Player, Black Refurbished (3D). Im hearing that you need a 3D TV just to see a 3D movie on a 3D blu ray, is this right?

yes it is exactly right. although with technology as it is i reckon you could use a normal television but the companies are determined to get the most money they can out of us so are telling us we need to buy a new one. I have a ten year old tv and a plasma and an lcd. I still get the best picture on my old tv and dvd player vs the blue ray and lcd.

I am not sure where your messaging from but if your in the uk tesco are doing a great deal at the mo 3d player 40 inch 3d tv and 8 pairs of glasses for £499.
